Private Training One Bridge from Eastmoreland
Eastmoreland has the golf course, the rhododendron garden, and some of the best walking streets in the city. What it lacks is a quiet place to lift. The studio sits at 5609 SE Milwaukie Ave in Westmoreland, one trip over the Bybee Blvd bridge, and it holds one client and one coach at a time. You get the whole session and the whole room (the only line you wait in is the one at the coffee shop afterward).
Getting to the studio
Take SE Bybee Blvd west over McLoughlin and the tracks, then turn onto SE Milwaukie Ave. Parking is simple, and the SE Bybee Blvd MAX Orange Line stop is close by if you would rather leave the car at home.

Yes. Walking keeps your heart in shape and does very little for the muscles that hold your hips and knees in line, so the joints absorb what the muscles should. A movement assessment finds which side of that trade is costing you, and the program builds strength around the walking you already love instead of replacing it.

Four things every program here is built on.
Pain-Free Strength

Personal Longevity

Apply in 2 Minutes
Tell me about your goals, injury history, and schedule. I personally review every application to make sure we are a genuine fit.
Free 30-Minute Strategy Session
I reach out personally to set a time. We meet at the private studio, talk through your history, and run a few movement screens so I can see how your body moves. If we are a fit, you can start right away.
Train With a Precise Plan
You get a program built around your body, not a template. We execute it together, week by week, with every session tracked.
Not a "Gym Person"? Perfect.
You don't need to be fit to start here. You don't need to be pain-free. You don't even need to know what you're doing.
You just need to show up. We handle the rest.

Solo focus · 1 client
Private 1-on-1
The whole hour is yours. No packages, no upfront fees. You come back each week because it works, not because you signed something.
Two clients · one coach
Semi-Private 2-on-1
Bring a partner, or take the open second seat in a current session. Each of you runs your own program; you just share the hour and the cost.
Your $85 rate holds as long as you have a training partner. If your partner skips a week, you still pay $85 and get that hour to yourself. If your partner stops training, I'll work to pair you again; until then the hour is a private session at the private rate.
Already training with me? These are new-client rates. You keep the rate you have now. If it ever changes, that happens on its own schedule, and I'll talk it through with you in person first.
Every session includes
